The Executive Assistant is responsible for a wide range
of general administrative duties, as allocated by the
executives of the business. Operating in a multicultural
setting, the role holder will be fluent in both Mandarin
and English will act as the conduit in ensuring successful
and harmonious communications.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs general administrative
duties, including email, telephone calls, meeting
arrangements and/or attendance. When supporting
meetings, accurately reflects and record the contents
and actions professionally and clearly. Support
colleagues in ensuring successful communications, such
as Mandarin/English translations. Acts as the conduit
between the business and third party providers, assists
in the general smooth-running
of the day to day business operations, including travel arrangements.
Supports colleagues in external communications with
agencies/bodies. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages, has a
strong understanding of written and oral communication
in both languages. Has a general understanding of IT
terminology in both Mandarin and English. At least 1
year’s office experience in a multicultural
environment.
